    南运河由武城县的四女寺向北，至德州市第三店流入河北省吴桥县，境内长度45公里。河道蜿蜒曲折，有明显弯道32处。河槽为单式U型深水河槽，槽深7～9米。
    上口宽60～120米，两岸堤顶高于滩地1.8～3米。设计行洪能力为300立方米/秒。
