    1981年发行国库券。每年1月1日开始发行。单位6月30日交款结束，个人9月30日交款结束。国库券面额：1981年为10元、50元、100元、500元、1000元、1万元、100万元八种；1982年为1元、5元、10元、50元、100元、1000元六种；1983年为5元、10元、50元、100元四种。国库券的利率；单位购买的年息为4%，个人购买的年息为8%，从当年的7月1日计息，从发行的第6年起，一次抽签，分5年5次偿还本息。
