    张代传  男，1966年2月出生，中共党员，无棣县马山子镇高井村农民。1996年，
他出资11万元投资村濒临倒闭的修配厂，改建成不锈钢加工厂，年创利润50多万元。
1996-1997年，他为教育、公路建设及扶贫捐资15万元。1997年被评为山东省“发展
个体私营经济先进个人”，1998年获山东省劳动模范称号。
