    1978年，全区采伐木材4.19万立方米。80年代初，全区均有大量木材采伐，除有
计划地采伐片林和“四旁”树木外，林网和林粮间作树木也进行有计划地采伐。国营
林场所营造的刺槐、杂交杨、柳树等林木也有采伐。1985年起，各级政府逐级编制林
木采伐限额，实行限额采伐管理，林木采伐走上法制化轨道，并实行有益于生态平衡
的管理。2000年，全区采伐木材2.16万立方米。
