    1997年，全区林业系统大办育苗基地，地区林业局与博兴县林业局、滨州市林业
局联合在博兴县苗圃、滨州市苗圃建立150亩育苗基地，主要繁育毛白杨、绒毛白蜡、
J_172柳、 中林46杨等良种树苗。1999年，地区林业局与惠民县林业局联合在惠民县
沙窝林场建立育苗基地200亩，主要繁育三倍体毛白杨、绒毛白蜡、J_172柳等良种苗
木。2000年，惠民县林业局在魏集乡与农户联建育苗基地2000亩，主要繁育冬枣、草
莓等。
