    1978年，境内有中国农工民主党党员1人。1998年，党员发展到10人。同年5月，
农工党3名党员赴沾化县泊头镇参加地委统战部组织开展的“科技、 卫生、文化”三
下乡活动。 同年11月，组织8名党员到惠民县胡集镇开展下乡义诊活动。同年12月，
召开第一次全体党员大会，建立中国农工民主党滨州支部委员会，刘凤当选为主任委
员。至2000年底，共有党员18人，均为中、高级职称。
