    1976年7月建地震办公室，隶属县科委，主任由1名科委副主任兼任，另有工作人
员3人。在博兴师范设微观点1处，在顺河渔场和县家畜配种站设宏观点两处。1985年
底地区地震办公室对宏观点作了调整，撤销了顺河渔场和配种站的宏观点，建立了乡、
镇地震观测宏观网，由乡、镇文书兼任。目的是加强地震宏观监测，宣传地震知识。
