    1946年县政府设人事秘书1人， 负责管理政府系统各部门的人事工作。1954年成
立县政府人事科，设科长1人，定编5入；1962年改为人事监察科、设正副科长各1人，
编制7人；1968年-1973年8月，人事工作归县革命委员会政治部组织组管理。1978年9
月县人事局成立，设正副局长各1人，办事员4人。1985年设局长1入，副局长2人，办
事员11人。同年设老干部管理科、编制委员会办公室。
