    从70年代中期始， 接收军队离退休干部，至1980年共安置17人，其中团级9人，
排级8人，由原部队拨给每人建房费25000元，节约归己，生活待遇按照国家规定由地
方供给。 1981年-1985年分三批接收离退休干部19人，其中副师级6人，团级8人，营
级以下5人。由部队拨款，民政局建军队离退休干部休养所一处，总面积5476平方米，
集中安排10人。师级享受地级住房待遇90平方米，团级享受县级住房70平方米，营级
以下享受一般干部50平方米住房待遇。1982年根据国务院(1982)62号文件精神，11名
军队退休干部改办为离休。
