    1981年4月建立经济审判庭之前， 经济案件由民事审判庭受理，长期受重刑事轻
民事思想影响，经济案件查处不力。进入80年代，国家陆续颁布了《经济合同法》、
《中外合资经营企业所得税法》、《关于社、队企业贯彻国民经济调整方针的若干规
定》 等经济法规，经济审判程序和工作方针均逐渐明确。1981-1985年共审理经济案
件340起，审结诉讼标的并挽回经济损失303．4万元。
