    1952年在“三反”、“五反”运动中，重点监督、办理贪污案件。1953年进入经
济建设时期，重点检察破坏粮食统购统销政策，贪污盗窃集体财产的案件。年底审结
案件比1952年增加50％。 1957-1961年经济检察中断。1962年恢复，重点查处贪污和
投机倒把案件。1966-1976年检察工作再次中断。1978年恢复。1979年设经济检察股，
年底审结案件总数比1978年增加1倍。 进入80年代，贯彻全国人大常委会《关于打击
经济领域中严重犯罪活动的决定》和《关于严惩严重破坏经济犯罪的决定》加强经济
检察工作。 1982-1985年检察院受理经济案件22起22人，其中提起公诉的12起12人，
为国家和集体挽回经济损失8万余元。
