    民国14年(1925年)成立路政局，局长由县长兼任；设事务员1人，公务员2人；民
国18年(1929年)奉令撤销，所有文卷及一切应办事项统归建设局负责办理。民国22年
(1933年)1月，建设局归并为县政府第四科，内设专人，管理交通。
    1956年设置博兴县交通科。 1958年2月13日，撤销交通科，设工业交通局。1959
年撤销工业交通局成立交通局。局机关内部机构几经变易，1985年局内设：办公室、
政工股、运管股、人事秘书股、财务股、安全股、工会、纪检、老干部管理、共青团
等股室，共有63人。
