    1955年始，开展无虫害、无霉变、无鼠雀、无事故的“四无”粮仓和无酸败、无
撒漏、无沾污、无事故的“四无”储油活动，县粮食局每年对全县所有粮仓作四次检
查，做出“四无”鉴定，发给合格证书。乡镇粮所对本乡(镇)储粮每月检查一次，粮
站对本站储粮三日一小查，五日一大查。寨卞村粮仓于1955年10月率先达到“四无”
粮仓标准，县粮食局在此召开现场会，推广粮仓管理经验。1959年，县粮食局获省粮
食厅“四无粮仓”锦旗奖。1984年，被评为山东省“四无粮仓”先进县。
