    刘洪明  博兴县政协副主席、 党组成员，县委统战部部长。生于1946年3月，山
东博兴县阎坊镇屯田村人，1979年1月加入中国共产党，1968年4月参加工作，大学文
化程度。1968年4月至19 80年，任乡村教师、医生。1980年至1981年，在博兴县教育
局工作。1981年5月至1983年8月，任县委统战部干事。1983年9月至1985年6月，在滨
州师专学习。1985年7月至1994年3月，任县委组织员、组织员办公室副主任、主任，
县委组织部副部长、常务副部长。1994年3月至1996年12月，任博兴县技工学校校长、
党总支书记。1996年12月，任县政协副主席、党组成员，县委统战部长。
