    卞葆彤  博兴县政协副主席，生于1957年11月，山东博兴县寨郝镇寨卞村人，非
中共党员，1970年12月参加工作，大专文化程度。1970年12月至1984年，在博兴县京
剧团工作。1984年至1988年，在县文化馆工作。1988年至1991年，在首都师范大学学
习。 1991年至1993年，任县文化局副局长、局长。1993年1月任县政协副主席兼文化
局局长。1994年任县政协副主席，不再兼任文化局局长职务。
