    李传芳  博兴县政协主席、 党组书记，生于1940年4月，山东济南市商河县人，
1971年7月加入中国共产党， 1961年9月参加工作，大专文化程度。1961年9月至1962
年10月任博兴县辛安农场技术员，1962年10月至1978年10月，任博兴县乔庄乡农技站
技术员、 站长。 1978年10月至1987年10月，任中共博兴县委组织部干事、副部长。
1978年10月至1993年1月，任中共博兴县纪律检查委员会副书记、书记。1993年1月任
县政协主席、党组书记。
