    尚炳信  博兴县人大常委会副主任， 生于1943年3月，山东平度市人。1981年12
月加入中国共产党， 大学文化， 农艺师。1967年参加工作，分配到博兴县农业局，
1974年在县棉花办公室工作(借调) ，1981年5月任县棉花办公室主任，1984年当选为
博兴县人民政府副县长。1990年当选为博兴县人大常委会副主任。曾多次荣获省、地、
县科技成果奖，获得山东省先进科普工作者称号。在省重点工程─引黄济青工程建设
中，受省政府表彰。
