    董书斌  中共博兴县委副书记，生于1953年3月，山东省惠民县人。1978年9月加
入中国共产党， 1970年1 1月参加工作，大专文化程度。1970年任本村医生。1976年
后，先后任惠民县城关管区副书记、书记，位集镇党委书记(1978年任县委候补委员)、
惠民县委常委、组织部长。1996年任中共博兴县委副书记。
