    1977年，地区开始对科技成果进行管理。翌年，对中华人民共和国建立以来取得
的、 曾产生过重要作用的232项成果进行了表彰奖励，对其中11项重大成果给予物质
奖励。 其中获全国科学大会奖2项，省科学大会奖8项，地区科学大会奖222项。到19
85年， 全区共创获奖成果427项，其中国家级3项，省级42项，地级382项。1978年以
后创195项，占总数的45.7％。
