    各地（岛屿除外）年平均风速在２．２～５．４米／秒之间，其地理分布
特点是，沿海大于内陆，平原地区大于山区丘陵。沿海各地多在４．０米／秒
以上，以青岛最大为５．４米／秒；鲁中山区及菏泽、莱阳均小于３．０米／
秒，其中新泰最小为２．２米／秒；其它各地在３．０～４．０米／秒之间（
见图1-28）。
