～８０天，平均降水量５８０～６２０毫米，其中气温１０℃期间降水量５２
０～５８０毫米，一日最大降水量一般为１３０～２３０毫米，宁津１９６１
年７月１２日降水量达３６４．４毫米；生长季干燥度１．５～１．６；０℃
积温４７００～４９００℃，１０℃积温４２００～４４００℃；气温１０℃
期间年平均日数２０２～２０７天。区内光、热资源较丰富，有利于棉花生长
，是省内主要产棉基地。主要灾害是干旱、夏涝和早霜冻，盐碱仅次于鲁北滨
海地区。
