    科学技术成果鉴定是指有关科技行政管理机关聘请同行专家，按照规定的形式和程序，
对科技成果进行审查和评价，并作出相应的结论。1993年，莱芜市科委获得山东省科委授
权，具有独立鉴定组织权力，境内科技成果鉴定工作逐年展开。至2005年，莱芜市组织有
关专家共鉴定科技成果837项，其中达到国际先进水平的51项，国内领先、先进水平的664
项。
