    1952年6月，开办零存整取有奖储蓄，每户每月4元，10万户为一开奖单位，有奖
号码共4张，贴入存折上(贴花)。1961年2月改为贴花计息零存整取小额储蓄，每月存
入1次， 4元为一整户，月息千分之3.9。1963年取消贴花方式。1980年恢复定期定额
有奖储蓄。1986年开办奖品储蓄、摸奖储蓄。
