    1930年， 全县有学龄儿童58177人，其中男35289人、女22888人。1952年、1962
年、1964年、1982年均按年龄数划分统计。0-6岁为学龄前儿童，7-12岁为学龄儿童。
18岁以上为有选举权年龄。 女性20-45岁为有生育能力年龄。男性16-60岁、女性18-
55岁为有劳动能力年龄。此外，义务兵役年龄为18-25岁，征兵年龄为18-22岁，民兵
年龄为男性18-45岁、女性18-35岁。
