    清末至民国初年， 境内有同文印刷所、文林斋等7家字号经营图书。1933年成立
文成书局经营图书，除店铺销售外，亦走村串巷零售。1948年，山东省新华书店莱芜
支店成立，专门销售图书，经营类别逐年扩大。1987年，有营业楼1座、零售门市部7
个、集体零售门市部13个、个体书摊20处。
