    莱芜有“十年九春旱”之说。大旱年12年1遇；偏旱年8年1遇；季节早发生频繁，
春旱机率最高。旱灾一般面积大，范围广，灾情重，特别是山区灾情更重，即便是偏
旱年，山区也可呈现重旱。春旱出现在3-5月之间，初夏早出现在6月下旬-7月上旬，
伏早出现在7月中旬-9月中旬。
