    1957年6月，冷家庄村建成首座扬水站，以辛冷泉水为源，扬程7.2米，配备67.5
马力木炭发动机1台，提水能力为0.2立方米/秒，开挖渠道3000米，灌溉农田810亩。
1960年发展到5处，1962年达到19处，灌溉面积0.93万亩。1966年达到136处，灌溉面
积3.18万亩。 1970年430处， 灌溉面积7.1万亩。1975年755处，灌溉面积9.5万亩。
1980年1041处，灌溉面积11.11万亩。1987年，全市共有1201处，装机1302台、23871
千瓦，灌溉面积14.84万亩。其中电力扬水站 937处，灌溉面积12.04万亩，柴、汽油
机扬水站264处，灌溉面积2.8万亩。国家总投资119.33万元。
