    伤残待遇是职工在负伤、残废时国家或企业为其解决治疗、生活困难、护理及退
休、退职等间题的物质帮助。根据伤残原因，分因公或非因公两类。因公负伤者，全
部医疗费由单位负责; 住院治疗期间膳费单位补助2/3;医疗期间工资照发。非因公负
伤者， 按疾病待遇处理。伤病致残后完全丧失劳动能力者，按规定办理退休、退职;
部分丧失劳动能力者，由单位分配适当工作。
