    疾病医疗待遇是国家或企业为解决职工因病医疗和暂时不能工作的物质帮助，包
括医疗费、病假工资和疾病救济费。职工患病所需诊疗费、手术费、住院费及非自费
的药品，全部由企业行政负担; 企业职工供养直系亲属患病治疗的非自费药品，由企
业行政负担1/2。职工因病停止工作连续在6个月以内者，按照工龄长短，发给本人工
资60—100%的病假工资; 超过6个月以上者，按其工龄长短改发本人工资40—60%的疾
病救济费。疾病救济费低于本企业平均工资40%的，按该企业平均工资的40%发给，但
不得超过本人工资。
