    境内泉水众多。光绪《莱芜县志》与民国《续修莱芜县志》记载，源泉有49处，
其中以郭娘泉为最大，旧志记"泉如万珠喷溅"。到1958年，泉水流量大于5升/秒的有
13处。随着工农业用水量的增加，源泉逐减少。1987年，除少数源泉外，俱己干涸消
失。
