    于焕伦  56岁，山东省文登市人，大学文化程度，共产党员。1964年7月毕业于曲阜师范学院，后分配到临沂县从事了两年的“四清”工作。1966年9月调至临沂地区检察分院。1973年7月任临沂地区中级人民法院办事员、副科长。1978年10月任临沂地区检察分院办公室副主任、政工科科长、党组成员。1984年2月任临沂地区中级人民法院副院长、党组成员、党组副书记。1989年10月任日照市中级人民法院筹备组组长。1990年1月在日照市十二届人大一次会议上当选为日照市中级人民法院院长，担任党组书记。是第八届、九届市委委员。
