        刘战　山东海阳县人，1947年5月生，1968年2月参加工作，1966年4月入党，大专文化程度。
　　1968年2～3月在海阳县机械厂工作；1968年3月～1983年7月在部队历任战士、书记、干事；1983年7月～1985年11月任山东省军区政治部宣传处副处长；1985年11月～1989年10月任山东省军区政治部宣传处处长；1989年10月～1991年2月任山东省委组织部正科级巡视员；1991年2月～1993年6月任山东省党员电教中心副主任；1993年6月～1996年1月任山东省党员电教中心主任；1996年1月任中共日照市委常委、组织部长。
