　　1996年环境监测工作进一步巩固计量认证成果，保质保量，全面完成了地面水、城市地面水、饮用水源、城市大气、大气降水、环境噪声等例行环境质量监测任务，污染源监督监测任务，渤海海网监测任务，以及沭河莒县夏庄桥断面的排污总量监测任务，全年共提报各类监测数据4000多个，编报监测月报、季报、年报共17份，保证了各有关部门及时掌握环境质量和污染源排污状况的动态变化。
