　　为深入开展“树邮电新风，创优质服务”活动，强化邮电服务的社会监督，8月份，市邮电局开通180投诉台。180投诉台是从维护客户的切身利益出发而开办的免费特种电话服务业务，用户对邮电通信质量、服务质量不满意，均可拨打180进行投诉。
