　　在市委、市府的大力支持帮助下，先后对4处企业的领导班子进行了调整。强化内部管理，加大扭亏增盈工作力度，企业运行质量大有提高。如市玻璃厂4月份调整一把手后，由连年亏损，到8月份开始月月盈利，全年实现利润271万元，一举扭转了亏损的被动局面。
