　　1996年，全市法院紧紧围绕党的中心任务，全面开展各项审判工作，办案数量和效率取得了历史性突破。全年共收各类案件14806件，审结14235件，分别比上年增长39％和44％，为保障改革开放和促进社会主义现代化建设的顺利进行做出了积极贡献。
