　　全市检察机关共受理不服法院民事、行政案件判决、裁定75件，立案审查14件。对已生效的确有错误的民事、行政判决裁定，区县院向市院提请抗诉8件，市院向省院提请抗诉1件。已向法院提出抗诉4件，法院已改判2件，另有一件已裁定开庭再审；共向法院提出检察建议8件，法院已改判4件。
