　　建立健全文艺协会，搞好协会管理，不断充实壮大文艺队伍，是文联的重要职责之一。为此，市文联于年内，又筹建了市摄影家协会、音乐舞蹈家协会、民间文艺家协会，9个下属协会，已基本健全。各协会成立后，各自开展了大量的活动，在社会上影响越来越大。
