1990年后，指导有关部门在行政执法人员中开展行政复议法知识的学习培训，完善行政复议文书，受理和审理行政复议案件，共受理复议案件53件，审结53件，其中，维持18件，告知权利18件，移送3件，撤销５件，撤回申请4件，不予受理4件，责令作为１件。至2002年，法院共受理行政诉讼案件401件，审结399件。
