       1992年10月，经区党委政治工作部内设干部科。1993年2月，设立党委组织部，与劳动人事局合署，同时撤销党委政治工作部。1998年6月，更名为人事劳动局（组织部）。2005年3月，干部科增挂老干部科牌子。2007年10月更名为干部一科。同月，设立干部二科。2010年5月，设立干部监督科，与干部二科合署。
