       1993年4月，经区经济贸易发展局内设涉外贸易科，为正科级行政科，负责全区对外贸易管理工作。2004年9月，设立加工贸易科，为经济发展局下属正科级事业单位，负责全区对外贸易管理工作，主管加工贸易业务。2006年1月，涉外贸易科撤销后，职能划归外资管理科。2007年10月，加工贸易科更名为加工贸易管理办公室。
