    为提高统计人员的文化素质和业务水平，1985年以后，举办统计专业大中专电
视函授学习班， 5年培养出大专生79名，中专生70名。1990年，根据上级业务部门
的指示精神，举办统计员资格培训班，经过6个月的培训，264名学员全部通过统计
员资格考试。同年，对市直企业统计人员举办2期业务培训班，培训120人（次），
培训乡镇办企业统计人员380人次， 提高了统计人员的业务水平，保证各项统计工
作顺利开展。
