    1951年，中苏友好协会荣成县分会成立，并大量发展会员。会员持会员证，佩带
会章。县分会在上级协会的直接领导下，通过报告会、图片展览、放映幻灯等形式，
对会员进行国际主义教育，学习苏联工业、农业、科技诸方面的先进经验。1960年，
协会自行停止活动。
