    1929年， 荣成县国民党地方组织开始兴办农民协会。 1930年，国民党政府颁布
“农会法”、“农会组织法”，各区普遍成立了农民协会，滕家一带开展得比较活跃。
1933年，农民运动的兴起，对国民党统治造成威胁，受到国民党反动派的镇压，因而
农民协会被迫解散。
