    规划  该区位于成山卫镇境内，规划面积24平方公里，1992年10月开始建设。全
区划分为天鹅湖旅游经济区、马山渔业经济区、工业经济区。
    基础设施建设  全区“五通一平”面积达5平方公里。主要道路9条，共56万平方
米，其中硬化路面30万平方米；日供水能力1万立方米，自来水普及率达100％；有容
量11万伏的变电站1座，有程控电话3万余门。各类建筑面积达10万平方米。
