    自1983年12月8日《统计法》 颁布实施以来，统计的职能和任务又增添了新的内
容。 为保证统计数据质量，每年都不定期地组织统计执法检查，特别是1992年7月29
日《山东省统计管理条例》实施以来，更进一步地加大了统计执法的力度，全市23名
统计检查员共检查569个单位，查处统计违法案件9起，维护了《统计法》的尊严，保
证了统计数据的质量。
