    授予刘公岛、龙须岛反正海军以“陆军第十八集团军山东胶东军区海军支队”
番号，并任命郑道济为上校支队长，任命连城为第一中队上尉中队长、崔大伟为中
尉副中队长，任命毕昆山为第二中队上尉中队长、王心甫为中尉副中队长，任命李
仁德为第三中队上尉中队长、刘国璋为中尉副中队长，任命丛树森为第四中队上尉
中队长、李兰村为中尉副中队长。并命该支队全体官兵今后努力整训部队。积极打
击敌人，准备反攻。
