    1938年，侵华日军青岛宪兵本部，派军曹获荣来威海筹组宪兵分支机构。1939
年4月， 威海宪兵分遣队建立，属青岛宪兵本部芝罘宪兵分队统辖。下设特务、经
济、警务、庶务四个班。1942年1月，特务班改为“剿共班”。1943年4月，青岛宪
兵本部撤销，威海宪兵分遣队缩小为分驻所，留“剿共”、庶务两个班，归济南宪
兵本部芝罘分队统辖。
