    邢洛书(1767～1824)  字范九，号龙图，乳山夏村桑行埠村人。少时家境殷富，
父邢銮乐善好施， 对其影响颇深。8岁开始练武习文，十几岁即武艺超群。清乾隆五
十三年（1788年）中武举，授地安门把总。嘉庆元年（1796年）中武进士，被嘉庆皇
帝钦点为蓝翎侍卫。后任淮安府都司、河标右营游击。他为官清廉，体察民情，上司
交章荐之，累升海州参将、河标中军副将、徐州镇总兵等职。为官时重视治理河务，
防止水患。组织百姓疏河道，排积水，变水淹地为耕田，深得地方百姓拥戴。道光四
年（1824年）八月十五日病卒于位。棺归故里时，泣送者达万人。咸丰初年，御旨重
修其墓。
