    1985—2002年，市内多年平均水资源总量为19.22亿立方米，平水年为17.24亿立方米，枯水年为11.55亿立方米，特枯水年为6.7亿立方米。全市人均占有水资源量为355立方米，相当于全国平均水平的七分之一，亩均水资源量为391立方米，为全国的五分之一，属资源性缺水地区。
    地表水 市内多年平均地表水资源量为13.89亿立方米。其中，丰水年为19.48亿立方米，是多年平均值的1.4倍；平水年为11.28亿立方米，较多年平均值偏小18.8%；枯水年为6.12亿立方米，是多年平均值的44.1%；特枯水年为1.94亿立方米，仅为多年平均值的14%。
    地下水 主要指与大气降水和地表水体有直接联系，并参与水循环的浅层地下水。市内多年平均地下水资源总量为11.81亿立方米，平水年为11.43亿立方米，枯水年为9.24亿立方米，特枯水年为6.67亿立方米。
